    Good morning all  :) ☕️
Bright blue sky and sunshine here ... we have a trip out this morning so need to be up and about ...
Just need another ☕️ first ...

I took a photo of the river from the our road, so it’s easier to see how much it’s spread, especially on our side.  The river is our eastern boundary.

Ps. In case you’re wondering what that thing is in our paddock, it’s a shelter we built for our goats (in the days when we had them). Now the wombats like to dig in there. 🙄

    Morning all.
Better view of the river @Pat E, much bigger than my little river.

Market day today. I'll go after coffee and breakfast, need fruit and veg. Fish would be good if the queue isn't too long.

Hi BusyL. I love the tale of the robin in the box. I hope it has some babies.
Glad you like the river. It has been reduced to occasional water holes this last year, so it’s really good to see water flowing down it. It ends up in Canberra after it meanders past our place. 😁

    Good morning all,

Very wet yesterday, more than enough for the garden now thank you....I am getting a bit twitchy about our 'outdoor only' Tearoom, but we've another 12 days to go yet. It is nearly all tidy inside though, just waiting for a new chandelier to go up and the artists are all bringing their artwork, which we sell, next Friday. The outdoor sails, 4 large ones are being delivered today, so it's all go.

Thank you all for the support and encouragement.

The salmon fishcakes were a success, very tasty, although next time I will add a touch more chilli, I do so struggle to find decent chiilli flakes here.

I am watching a robin eat his breakfast as I type, all the birds have got so brave these days, coming right up to the door to collect the crumbs. @Busy-Lizzie how nice to find one nesting, I do hope the eggs hatch. :)

I hope you are feeling a bit better today @punkdoc, worth the discomfort though of course.

@Suesyn, what a lovely garden, and you captured the effect of rain and sunshine beautifully.

Right, more to do, so catch up later, a couple of shots of the Tearoom so far....

We are not allowed to use the indoor seating until the 9th of June, so we are using the 'cake table' to form a barrier. We won't put the pretty tablecloths on yet either, we can't encourage people to sit down, such a shame, but at least we are able to open outside. We do have fleecy blankets at the ready, the way it is at the moment, we are going to need them!

Morning, its such a beautiful day here so I'm going to tackle the big 3m deep bed at the top of the garden. It's full of blessed Spanish bluebells interspersed with speedwell, a very untidy combination. It's always the last area l get too as it's in shade at the back for most of the day and I prefer to work in the warmth of the sun.
