...that's ok, thanks for the list.. I do hope Ivor's Rose does well for you, I rather liked the single bloom you showed, and I had a feeling you were going to tell me you dug those stones out..

@Marlorena Thank you, I did it myself, the overall pond is about 6x4 feet, and goes down about 3 foot at the deepest for the water lily pot. I should have had my first lily this year but a certain Labrador fell in and broke it............

@Nollie Mine is called 'Sparkling Stars Red', I think a lot of the reds look fairly similar. It's very easy to grow, my first Astrantia but I'd love more, particularly a white one.

Pic 5 @edhelka...now that's how to train a rose. It's several years now since I last went, but I must go back.

I finally started feeling better yesturday afternoon after my sunday am jab, so looking forward to being able to get out in the garden.

@edhelka thanks for sharing, lovely looking place. I like the clump of purple sensation alliums in the middle of the border like that adds a nice splash of purple. I love that wall with the china rose and aubretia too.

@edhelka thanks for lovely photos of a lovely place. It was seeing the mass plantings of SWE there that helped me decide to get it for my small garden!
