    @Sammymummy I’ll have a look and compare with you later today.

    @newbie77 I would water, personally. Could just be a drizzle.

    @Busy-Lizzie Very pretty.

    @newbie77 - likewise, just doesn't seem to be happening! It rained very heavily while I was at work today but no sign of any at home (20 miles between the two)

    Advice welcome please, I have a pair of DA Desdemona planted side by side in front garden, I have just ordered another potted one to create a group of 3. Would you plant it now or wait until the end of the season when it’s dormant?

    @Sammymummy Mine is similar to yours, must just be how it is at this stage.

    ..as it's potted, I would plant it first week in June, not before... it may not have rooted firmly into the pot just yet..
    ..it will need watering during the summer, they can be difficult to get established from containers...

    @Marlorena, thx very much, I’ll do that. ☺️

    The first bud on the large climbing rose on my new house is coming out. I think it could be "Peace".

    Just gorgeous! @Bu@Busy-Lizzie

    Good to see some of you getting blooms, I won’t feel so lonely! Not that I have much, with this weather delaying everything. It absolutely poured down today, which is great. Two of the bog standard 300L water butts with the down pipe stuck straight through the lid are overflowing. The fancy one with the proper rainwater diverter about 2/3rds full.

    Two new roses are opening, so might have some photos tomorrow...
