Hi @star gaze lily it’s been a good day thanks took mum out in the car this morning just for a little outing. You sound busy outdoors, I hope OH had no issues from the jab.

How lovely @Chivetalking bet your mum thoroughly enjoyed going out for a ride in the car with you. Glad she's keeping well.
OH is ok thank you.  He felt ok, but it made him feel quite tired yesterday  and he slept all yesterday afternoon.
    But feels fine today.

SGL Thank you yes she likes to see what’s going on & it’s just nice to get out of the house for a while. Pleased to hear your OH is feeling ok today, good that he fully rested yesterday it affects everyone so differently.
Bins are ready to go out, time for a cuppa ☕️

Afties all. I went into my garage full of good intentions to get stuff I want to get rid of sorted out but basically it just meant moving piles of c**p from one side of the garage to the other. I had decided to hire a mini skip but on researching discovered that I could not put any old electrical things into it so I think I might be wearing a groove in the tarmac taking the c**p to the recycling centre in the next village. At least the heaps are tidy-ish.
Hazel, what a pain in the neck for you but at least you have a Dentist. After mine retired last year I have not been able to sign on with another one as yet despite several attempts.
Yvie, I am so sorry that you are feeling below par. I have to confess I haven't heard of too much iron in the blood. Whats the opposite of anaemia? Don't be overdoing things in your garden if you are feeling rough. Take things slowly and steadily.
SGL, that is good to know. I must admit Debs I was thinking more of the freezing of the water in the bird bath which is a common occurrence here during the winter.
Chive, I've just made a brew. Nectar!

Try the big river site I paid about £10-£13 for mine and it’s done 2 years so far though I am too disorganised to bring stuff in when I probably should.
Well unfortunately the little nursery had some gorgeous pots half price so of course I bought 2 and then the loveliest boulevard clematis much more vigorous than the others I have only £8 so got 2 of those for the new pots and now I need 2 more obelisks...... where will it end? Also such a pretty little acer nearly £20 but a good size. Oh and I need more compost now of course, my name is Debbie and I am a potaholic!

@Yviestevie hope the doctor can help and if you know what’s wrong and there is treatment it must be something less to worry about. Fingers crossed you soon feel better. Daughter was soooo tempted by a stunning wisteria at the garden centre( well nursery) but she isn’t sure where one would go.

Thanks for your kind remarks.  The wisteria I bought is Wisteria Venusta Okayama.

Ahhh nectar it is LB 😚☕️ Shame you can’t just have one big clear out of the garage. FIL when he was sorting out his shed etc before moving, used a skip bag from the big DIY store which was collected when full. I wonder if there is a service like that you could use instead of lots of car trips?
Debs That did make me smile atleast it’s a harmless habit,
Hazel  We haven’t seen our dentist since before last year, check-up appointments always cancelled. I think if we had an emergency we could, but It is like trying to see the doctors, nigh on impossible.
    Oh dear now the Blackbirds!
