Hello @Topbird, I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday. I didn't move house on my own, OH was able to get to France before Christmas, there were 3 days when travelling was allowed. I moved on 7th January, weather was freezing. He went back end of February as he wanted to keep some Brexit allowance so he could come back in May, but that doesn't look likely now. I have had builders at the new French house, now waiting for floor tiles. So complicated each living in a different country, families and French inheritance laws. Now Brexit and Covid. I loved Forde Abbey too when we went there.

@Busy-Lizzie - good to hear you didn't have to do the actual move on your own - but I don't envy you dealing with all the aftermath, builders etc. Sounds like you're getting sorted quite quickly though.
When you're back in the UK it would be lovely to see you again. Fingers crossed it won't be too long.
We're pretty good about not doing spoilers around LOD on Rez as several of us watch it at different times. I would have chosen to Boxset it but there are just far to many spoilers in the UK papers for that. It's like the old days when everyone watched the same telly at the same time!

lLB you’ll be glad to be back home. 10 minutes in traffic can seem a long time. I’m glad all okay. I hope everyone concerned is feeling okay after your vaccinations. Hazel the expected rain will save on the watering at least. Chive I can remember the tan tights, best hidden away, or for DIY emergencies. I don’t wear tights anymore. Rubee have a rest after your endeavours. Lily I hope you slept better. Alfie is still lounging on the bed. He’s recovering from yesterday’s hedge trimming. He wasn’t pleased.
RosieBB, cats have that supreme skill of making themselves comfortable wherever they may be. I often wish I could sleep as well as Lily seems to do. I am signing out for tonight so I'll see you all tomorrow.
