Evening All, managed to dig out the compost bin, not an
easy job but I succeeded in the end & now have a nice area ready for planting 🤗 or much like Lily, Nel will be rubbing her paws together with glee!
SGL Sorry to hear you were awake so early. Hope your SCO delivery was complete this time and you had a chance to get outside this afternoon,
Hazel Sounds like we won’t get a look in with the Shepherds pie 😀 That is a good arrangement with your council and the garden waste,
Rosie Alfie sounds like one very happy chap with all his creature comforts, hope you’ve had a nice day too,
Yvie That’s a lot of plug plants you’ve potted up, you’re right about the watering everything is drying out very quickly,
LB It’s so easy to get waylaid with other tasks when you step outside, what you’ve done today sounds very useful.
Hope you have a nice evening everyone.
Ante Sorry just saw you after I posted, hope you’ve not too much mess to clear up and then you can relax with all your furry friends and enjoy watching Poirot this evening.

Ante, sorry that you are having such cold weather. The best place to be is definitely inside with tea, your furry friends and Poirot. I am so pleased that Sock is happy to be back with his 'family'. It must be nice to know that the workers should be finished in 10 days. It seems like the project has been going on for ages. It will all be worth it when its done.

    Hi everyone
    What a gorgeous sunny day.
'Sco arrived very prompt this morning. Everything was delivered except the toothpaste!!🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😣 Good job I still have spare.
After everything was ticked off and put away we spent time in the garden. OH gradually cut the grass and I dug over a border and dug up a very sad looking Hot Lips. I was just going to cut it back as it had got so huge. But decided it was looking too tatty and got .rid.
I moved a few plants from another border that we will probably get rid of if we have the pergola built this year. I now want a clematis  to climb an obelisk that I've put in there too.
Both now pooped and relaxing with a cup of tea. And OH is also watching Footie! 😉

LB, tea and tv most definitely. Furry friends are still chasing in the yard and they will come in later.

Hazel, at this moment I only wish that all work is done. It looks indeed like they are working for ages, but it will worth it.

Hello SGL. You have been busy today as well. Sounds as if you and your OH have enjoyed your gardening time. Its nice when we can actually get back outside again after the winter. Feet up now and chill out.

    Evening all,

Another glorious day here. Garden furniture has been out of the shed. Unfortunately, I had more running around football pitch duties. Far too warm for that kind of carry on :o

It was a missed opportunity to carry on the endless planter painting/lining job really. However, the forecast looks similar for tomorrow. Nothing else is on the cards so could be a full day of working in the garden (for the first time in 2021).

Evening Biglad and Ruby. Biglad handy brother was disappointed that his team only managed a draw against Spurs yesterday. I think it is a case of Everton being in a trough. I feel sorry for the managers who get blamed when their team doesn't beat everyone in sight every time they play. Still, they get paid enough so if they get sacked off they probably cry all the way to the bank.
