PEANUTS p Twitter Thursday with Snoopy and Woodstock httptcoMepYaDj3Mt
Good morning SGL, Debs, PR, Ruby and everyone arriving later. Guess who overslept this morning! I've been outside and it is a changed day from yesterday - no frost and quite mild. Its looking promising for gardening.
Biglad, I've grown tomatoes both inside and out but I've had better success with those grown under glass. Lots of the outdoor tomatoes had to be ripened inside next to the bananas.
Bon voyage T'Bird. Lessons start a week next Monday.
Enjoy your treatments Debs. SGL, I woke up in the small hours which is probably why I overslept this morning. Try and have a rest some time today to recharge your batteries.
Ruby is it gardening for you today too?

I have just been out to open the cold frame lid a bit and check the plants inside. As LB has said it is quite mild. There is no early morning chill in the air.

I popped back in the house and brought out some Marigolds I have grown from seed and put them in the cold frame. It has given me a bit more space inside now. Which wont be for long as I have other seedlings that need potting on 🤣🤣

Tee hee Ruby. How wonderful to grow washing up gloves from seed. I would definitely be interested in those. I did find these though:

That looks like Patrick Stewart from Star Trek Hazel. I've come in for a drink but will be going back out again soon. I found an interesting little 'plant' growing in one of the pots I was weeding and I decided to rescue it because I thought is was so pretty. I'll post a picture.

It has a little woody stem and a good long root so I've put it into a deep pot and I'll see what happens. Its only about 2.5cm tall to give you an idea of its size.
I could be nurturing a pest - hope not. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
