Such a difficult time for you all @punkdoc.  Hope she is comfortable and treated with dignity.  My heart goes out to you and your sisters.

Dear @punkdoc ... speaking as a parent, in those circumstances I would be hoping and praying that you could be persuaded to listen to your own doctors and keep yourself safe. I know my mother would have felt the same and I'm sure your mother would say the same if she could. She would want you to take care of yourself. Our thoughts are with you xx

Morning people, was up at 5, washing (hot whites) done, dishwasher done, check, nipt nippy, as yet, had some rain yesterday, yay, hoping I might be able to get some planting done.  Grands kids popping over, Easter Egg hunt in the garden.  Not putting Eggs out this time, 2 years ago, we couldn't find the last chocolate egg, were terrified one of the dogs would! So clues instead this time.

    Morning all.

I was up at 5am too (French time), went to the loo then back to bed to sleep for another 2hrs20.

Raining. Time for coffee in bed with my book.

  • Morning all,

At last rain, and a nice gentle persistent type too, forecast for all day too, thank goodness. :)

Charlie still doing his wild swim session, it's ok for him, he'll be wet anyway, not sure about me standing on the beach watching.

I am going to try and make a computerised list of all my new plants and their locations today whilst it's wet, in a bid to organise all my labels.

Progress on the well is going well ;) hole securely covered for now and most of the roof removed, the wood is so rotten it all has to be replaced, but the tiles are good. I need a new old fashioned pail now for decorative purposes, sadly all the brocantes are shut at the moment so that'll have to wait.

Hope it's not too cold for the Easter Egg hunt @Nanny Beach.

    Have a good day all.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
it’s a gorgeous morning with sunshine and wall to wall blue skies ... but it’s chilly out there ... there’s frost on the car roofs.
I think there are baby Gt tits and blue tits hatched, and possibly baby chaffinches too ... the parents are all over the honeysuckles hoovering up all the aphids they can find.

Morning all.   Very cool day here. They’ve got snow in Tassie and parts of Victoria and we may see some tonight.

    Morning all,

Glorious day here but not quite ideal gardening conditions :open_mouth:
