The garden has had a decent sprinkling today, should result in a fine crop of weeds. We have two roe deer relaxing in the garden at the moment, chewing the cud and nibbling weeds. We have noticed that the buck is particularly fond of ground elder, yah!
Good for you @Dovefromabove, it feels so good to have had the second one doesn't it.
It does indeed @l@Lizzie27 ... and the unfailing cheerfulness of the hospital staff as they proudly pointed out the sign showing how many people have had their jabs at that centre just lifted my heart 💙

Rained most of the day here. Supposed to be cold again tonight too. We moved back into the main bedroom (we use the spare in Winter, as it’s warmer) the other night but the leccy blanket is back on.
My cucumelon seedlings have appeared too @rholden_82! I hadn’t considered growing them in a hanging basket - have you seen them done like that? I would be interested in trying.
Lizzie27,,my youngest daughter 5ft 4,is around 7 st just about a size 6, eats like huge amount of calories, chocolate,sugar,2 kids a year apart. Told her it will catch up one day. When she was pregnant she was accused of dieting, being anorexic. I said they only had to look at her hair, skin, never mind her vital signs to see that she was healthy
I have potted up 11 Morus NIgra and 4 Vitex Agnus Castus, supervised by 6 busy chooks, and sown loads more flower seeds and a few trees and some PSB.
I am having a flop after a dinner of Korean prawn dumplings with chilli sauce and Tom Yum soup with extra veg. Tried Gewurtztraminer wine as recommended by @Dovefromabove for spicy food and it was sweet! Not mentioned on the flipping label! Just had one small glass as apéro then and had Moroccan red Cabernet Sauvignon with the meal. Much better.
Sewing Bee soon. Good.

Not my recommendation @Obelixx ... it was the recommendation a friend who is a chef/sommelier and member of some exclusive French wine guild etc https://www.souvigne.com/en/home.htm
‘Its floral and ginger notes should offset the spice in Asian food’ he said.
Must say I wouldn’t call it sweet ... I’d say ‘crisp floral with peppery aftertaste’.

If Gewurtz is too sweet try Alsace Pinot Gris. Also known as Pinot Grigio in Italy but the Alsace version is fuller bodied and can stand up to spicy food.
