You are correct Dove, patients used to say to me "oooh, I'm allergic to cows milk, you have to get me..." I said "oh you have an epi pen then",nah, they had an intolerance. After becoming intolerant to latex, then cleaning bars (sorry *Dove the One named after you) simple range, eventually I could only shower in water for years. I stopped using latex gloves at work was provided with nitrile, couple of times hands broke out couldn't understand why had put gloves on just a couple of minutes to do the doggy pick up. Lasted years, one day tentatively tried shower gel etc weirdly, now no problems

More Turquoise/Aqua ... that's not green ... you wouldn't paint a landscape of trees that colour.ย  Apparently the 'unlucky green' superstition amongst fishing communities is due to green being the color of 'land' ... grass, trees etc ... and a boat painted the same colour might be 'drawn towards similar colours' and run aground .......... ๐Ÿ˜†

That all sounds like the superstition side of things.ย  More logical against the use of green is that it could be difficult to see in the water if in difficulty.

Pretty sure that most beliefs of something being lucky or unlucky are down to superstition ๐Ÿคฃย ย

We hadย  a green Nissanย  for years. Best car we ever had.

Never occurred to meย  before - you don'tย  see many green cars . Harrodsย  doesn'tย  deliver here often๐Ÿ˜‰

My first car was a green Standard 10 de luxe (the de luxe bit was very important to me) it was the only car I ever personally owned, will never forget it.ย  First husband swapped it for an automatic gearbox - then he got swappedย  :Dย

My car is green - kind of a limey gold-green - like this oneย https://www.testdriven.co.uk/suzuki-sx4-s-cross-review/ .ย  I didn't choose it for its colour - it was a good price - but it grew on me.
