Hello everyone. Been away for a wee while due to ill health but hopefully now on the mend. Have got someone in to tidy the garden up after the winter and to do all the heavy jobs so hoping I will be able to keep it on its toes over the summer.
Hoping to see a few well kent faces in my travels round the site.
Hope you are all well and keeping busy.

Afternoon all. Just watched Scotland thrash Italy 52-10. The next two games should be a lot better. Thanks for letting us know about Hazel SGL - bet she's decorating!
RosieBB, I'm so glad that you are getting organised with an internet provider. I am sure you will be happy to be online yourself again. Lovely Mum!
Biglad, you are going to have a bounteous season with all of those seeds. Hope you manage to get the leaking pipe sorted.
Chive, I definitely prefer Monty's garden without the box. I'll not say too much as Ante is catching up today. I thought that Nel was starting to look rather old. You, like Yvie, have been busy today. Its nice when we can start to see things developing. I was a bit saddened this morning, I saw two magpies going into my fearsome berberis in the front garden with a worried blackbird perched nearby. I went out to shoo them away and had a careful peek. I saw a neat nest with a broken blue egg shell on its edge. I think I may have been a bit late. I know its nature but I was still sad.
Ante - snow again! Oh no! I'm on my way over for tea and cake. I'll bring a hot water bottle.
Hello hogweed. Good to see you and I'm so sorry to hear that you have been poorly. I hope that you recover very soon and get back to fighting fitness soon. You must be looking forward to a little gentle gardening when you feel up to it. Take care.
Rugby (and Lily) call. See you all later.

Welcome back @hogweed glad you are feeling better.  Good idea to get someone to help with the heavy lifting otherwise it's easy to get despondent.

Hi all busy morning in the garden managed to do a lot.
Spent afternoon with my sister, her friend passed away this morning, she never came out of her coma. She leaves an 18year old daughter and a 20 year old son and a devoted husband. It is terribly sad. The doctors couldn’t give any real diagnosis last time and this attack came out of nowhere. My sister and she were friends for 20 years she is so dreadfully upset.

@debs64 I'm so sorry to hear your sad news.  The loss of a good friend is often as bad as the loss of a family member.  I really don't know what I would do without my best friend.
