Hello everyone. I have had a nice, different day today. I met up with my Bestie and we went for a walk. It was a bit chilly though so we had to keep moving pretty swiftly. All that fresh air and hot gossip has worn me out though so I'm hoping I get a better night's sleep.
Ruby, well done on untangling the wisteria roots. I hope it rewards you by flowering this season.
Hazel - it works as I've used that in desperation but I don't want to become dependent on it. I have the liquid version which tastes very yummy of caramel. I can empathise with your OH as my hands are plagued by arthritis. Worse on some days than others and there are times when I cannot even hold a knife. I hope that your blouse fits and you are happy with it.
Yvie, you have been like a whirling dervish in your garden this week. Hope you get your good night's sleep too.
Debs, that does sound like good news about the variegated ivy so get plenty of cuttings to make sure you do get some that take root. Your roses sound lovely.

What a shame about the gloves Hazel, can you not just return them and get your money back? I'm signing out for tonight. There is a particular programme on later that I want to watch. I know that it won't be to everyone's liking but its something I studied a great deal when I was doing my ecology course - The Secret Science of Sewage. I'm not exactly sure what slant the programme will take but thats what I shall be watching. I hope that you all have lovely evenings and I'll see you all tomorrow.

Good morning Chive - you snuckered in there. I hope your blue skies stay all day for you. I'm going to go to 'sco this morning to get some essentials in - and for a mooch.
