Loved the pond - what a transformation. And the two chaps' garden - wow. I think that garden might be featured in this month's Gardens Illustrated - haven't looked at my copy yet. But the limited colour palette in a south facing garden? I would have gone for a hot bed somewhere in that garden. Lucky for them to get the meadow as well. Nice to see Toby Buckland again. And liked Adam's pot arranging although the flowers won't be in flower for long and the herbaceous will die back so not really winter planting.
The two guys with the large garden I thought that the killer view was from the wild flower meadow towards the garden and not the view that they got from the garden. The lady with the lockdown pond had done a brilliant job and the pond looked really mature in just 12 months.
Forgot to say I enjoyed the section with Billie Marten although I still don't know who she is, I would suggest that she should think about avoiding big city life for her own wellbeing.
I thought the Billy Marten thing could have been edited to be shorter as there was a lot of repetition but otherwise enjoyed the whole show.
I really like Adam's gardening style and his presentation too. I can feel a foxglove-in- grass fest coming on here and loved his explanation for the September pot choices. He did say September and not winter @didyw.
Loved that pond project and the Yorkshire garden and now know why my hardy hibiscus don't flower as well as they might here. we inherited several with gorgeous colours but it's just been too dry for them these last few years. I might try watering them or maybe moving them to a spot with better soil and moisture levels.
