...time for him to find a grown up hobby 🤣
I hope the child in me and mine will NEVER "grow up".

It’s not happened to me yet … and my OH has just bought himself a Meccano clockwork motor 😎

  • Nothing creepy about someone with a toy train but something creepy about someone who thinks that there is. BAAA!

I enjoyed the lady's garden in South Wales, that has been some project over the years.

    That was quite something!

    8.30 pm tonight.

" We join Adam in his garden for a seasonal catch-up. Toby Buckland gives timely tips on summer and autumn maintenance for your borders, and we join singer-songwriter Billie Marten as she shares her passion for growing vegetables.

In North Yorkshire, we meet a couple who have developed a colourful garden on a sloping site, and we also catch up with more viewers' gardens. "

  • Sounds good and will be nice to discover who Billie Marten is.

Must admit that generally speaking l enjoyed it (l did fast forward through the Billie Marten segment).
The garden in Harrogate was beautiful, and it was nice to see Toby Buckland, although l know he's not everyone's cup of tea. A clever idea with the allium seedheads.
The segment with Adam planting/placing plants in pots l found really interesting. His explanation of how he put the plants together and the reasons for doing it was fascinating (to me !).
  • Have to confess, never heard of Billie Marten. Do you think the 2 chaps would sell me their garden, they can keep the house!

It was a beautiful garden @Nanny Beach, but l can just imagine the work involved to keep it looking like that. Worth the effort though  :)
