Jolly windy here ... and it’s recycling bin day of course ... our bin is in a sheltered spot but there are several blown over across the way ...

    Morning all.
Thanks for coffee @Dovefromabove. I hope you have some displacement activities planned today - but he will be well looked after.

The wind has been bad overnight. I have been out already to rescue my polyhouse - destructed despite weighing it down. A re-think is in order for that as it clearly can’t survive the gales. Luckily there are no plants in there yet.

I hope no issues for anyone with the stormy weather. Take care folks.

LOL 😂 OH has just discovered he’s put the wrong bin out ... it’s not recycling day ... he’s out there now in dressing gown and slippers bringing order to chaos 🤪

Good morning.   Good vibes from here for son @Dovefromabove.

It is cold, wet and blustery this morning but the worst of the rain has passed.  The chooks are in the polytunnel as they don't like this weather either but SM run today so weather not critical really and I have sewing and DIY I can do later.

Good luck with and for your builders today @Busy-Lizzie and hope the winds don't stop your tree men @D0rdogne_Damsel.  We had 2 big ash trees cut down in our first year here - big branches breaking in strong winds and close to the house so they had to go.

Stay safe everyone and hang on to your hats, bins, garden structures......
