Can anybody identify these lovely pink berries for me please? They came in a bouquet my son sent me on Sunday.

Oh Hostafan1   I thought your fingers was nearly better?
@Obelixx, sounds like hard work but should look gorgeous in a couple of year's time. I do love wisteria.

@Lizzie27, the wound is healing nicely, but the tendon in the finger tip is damaged.

Ouch Hosta. I’m not squeamish and can watch medical programmes/vet things whilst eating etc but finger wounds do make me wince a bit.

Washing machines do require a hot ‘service’ wash regularly. I don’t do it enough - I read every other week is ideal (every other month is good going for me). I used white vinegar with a few drops of tea tree last time and you could still see suds.

    I hope everyone is ok.

Oh Hosta, here's hoping ,it resolves fully.
Dove- yes that's partly why we have a water softener.  Also my OH always washes towels etc on a very hot wash.  All this "eco friendly " low temperature recommendation has it's limits.

I do wash towels, teatowels etc on a very hot wash, so fairly regularly we only use Ecover laundry liquid? use Calgon liquid in every wash, never fabric conditioner and often use washing soda and white vinegar etc to give it a good ‘flush through, but we do have very hard water. 🙄

Now I’m relaxing in front of Only Connect  with a generous glass of Bowmore ..  a rare but well deserved indulgence today. Slàinte mhath 🥃

It probably won’t help with the missing vowels round 🙄

Ooooooh, I do love Bowmore. Have you ever tried Bowmore Darkest @Dovefromabove, rather extravagant, but a real joy.
