We have one of each. They pee wherever they are when they need a pee - grass, beds, trees, rose beds, in the wild areas, on the gravel - except on walkies when they do lots of dribble pees to say they were there.
Don't steam in like a bull in a china shop. If you don't know what you're doing, stop. Do some research, ask on here, have a think, prepare. Then steam in like a bull in a china shop Â
Not gardening related but.... Don't forget to change the battery in your smoke alarm every couple of years otherwise it will start to beep every 10 seconds at 2am. Don't assume you know how to take the cover off. Don't leave paint covering the instructions on how to remove said cover even if you could get near enough to read the small print. Don't forget where you put the instruction leaflet. Finally found it needed a screwdriver pressed into a slit and the cover slid sideways. Don't assume the beeping will stop straight away and dont forget to have a spare battery to hand. And finally don't assume your husband will wake up to help.
And don't forget to paint under the alarm if you change the colour of or even just repaint the ceiling. Your replacement alarm, if needed, will never be the same shape.
