  • Yvie, so pleased you're feeling better.
LB, didn't go to the duck pond today, we were very close by but went in the other direction through the woods.
It was very peaceful and the sun was so warm we didn't wear coats. Looking forward to warmer weather.  It certainly lifted our spirits.

    Night night everyone sleep well

  • Morning everyone, beautiful blue skies again this morning. And that big round yellow thing is has made an appearance too.
@Yviestevie hope you're feeling better this morning.
I've a few jobs to do and also have a 'sco delivery this morning.
    But first tea ☕☕
    Have a good day everyone

A very good morning one and all. Frost and mist here this morning but that's almost how yesterday started so I think it will be gardening again today - around the rugby of course

Good morning SGL, you snuckered in there. My brain almost went into lockdown a minute ago, I was looking through my email inbox when the sentence:
'You can get up to 12 free coconuts'
leapt out at me. After a few blinks of my eyes I realised that the email was from a bird food retailer! Brain lockdown over!

Good morning SGL, LB and all to follow.

LB 😂. Enjoy gardening and watching rugby today.

Yivie, I'm so glad that you are better.

Hazel, you remind me that I have dahlias to pot. Didn't checked them yet.

Lovely warm and windy morning. Wind is high but it's not cold. Like you all said, I'll have a long restful weekend. Don't have any plans or obligations to do, just garden, book and tv. I slept an hour longer than usual.

Have a nice day you all!

Oh dear, reduced to tears here watching the news about Capt Sir Tom's funeral today. What an amazing man he was. A Dakota is going to do a flypast at midday, that will bring back so many memories for me as I have actually flown in Dakotas and I clearly remember having to walk uphill inside the aircraft to get to my seat.
