Glad you've heard about your vaccine @Yviestevie, must admit I was surprised I got mine so early  when the health centre phoned me last week. Didn't expect to get mine till mid March.
Hope you don't get a reaction to the vaccine tomorrow. You might not feel like gardening though.
@Chivetalking I'm feeling much better now,  thank you.
@debs64 glad little Thomas is doing so well. Hope can have a cuddle soon.
@Rubee hope you get the internet sorted soon
    Night night everyone sleep well

@Songbird-1 they were indeed the letterbox flowers she said they were lovely so I have arranged some for a friend who lost her husband in January. Nothing more luxurious than flowers this time of year. I keep dropping hints but the best I get is “why don’t you get yourself some and I will give you the money?” Fiancé is lovely but not a romantic bone in his body!

A very good morning to all of you. I hope that you all have lovely days. I've been out and filled the bird feeders - Hoppity was so excited she nearly fell off the fence! I put extra food down on the ground for her. The sun is peeking through and I'm looking forward to getting stuff done in the garden and greenhouse.

Morning Debs, you weren't there when I posted. Yes, those letterbox flowers are a great idea. They also do growing plants - in collapsible cardboard plant pots. I have not yet tried sending those but I'm sure they will be good too.

  • Good Morning Debs & LB and all to follow,
Debs it’s nice to hear how pleased your Aunt was with her flowers, it’s a lovely thought to arrange some for your friend. Glad Thomas & family are all doing ok,
LB What a lovely photo are those in your garden? It sounds like your feathered friends were eagerly awaiting the food to arrive this morning. Glad you’ll have a day in the garden to enjoy,
PurpleRose I hope you didn’t hurt yourself going over like that during your run yesterday,
SGL I’m pleased to hear you’re feeling better now,

  • Good Morning Hazel & Rubee,
Hazel Hope you have a good time planting, how is your daughter has she recovered from the loss of her dog?
Rubee Hope Casper has left you alone now, they are funny creatures with their ways 😊
    Hope RosieBB is ok.
  • Hello all

SG it is so lovely having somewhere to yourself when you go for a walk. Enjoy your cuppa and your gardening. I am sorry about your daughters dog. It is so hard saying goodbye. I am sure she will miss her dog but they are always with us in our hearts.

SB thank you for asking. I am stiff as a board. A friend saw me waddling this morning and said I should have phoned in sick at work. I just feel it would prolong the stiffness and aches if I did. At least I am moving around whilst at work.

Yvie hope the jab goes ok for you

Hazel, I hope your MOT goes well today

Chive and Hazel, those eranthis are not in my garden. I have some in pots outside my kitchen window which are just beginning to emerge:
