@Nollie I ordered Young Lycidas and Comte de Chambord. Now the other 2 I would 've got it here but since they ship only with a minimum of 3 orders. I looked into most of the older austins but was worried that the disease resistance would be worse being older gen austins.
Some potted roses are back in stock with DA if any orders needs to be placed. I was so close to buying Sceptre d isle and then removed from my basket. Resisted my temptation by telling myself that I have many pinks. @Marlorena spoke high of it last season, I am not sure if it is the palest pink or would it end up similar to my other pinks like Eustacia, summer romance etc. So made up my mind to wait for Golden celebration :# Need to make some other excuse to control the urge by then.

Thanks Marlorena, I do put manure round my roses so will keep the  helianthemums well away.
    Lovely tulips Omori.

    Marie Pavie looks stunning.

Quite a frost here last night in North London.

I seem to have escaped the frosts. No noticeable damage to anything and all the roses have been growing well. It’s obviously just quite sheltered in my small garden. Very sunny and warm today.

Going to risk planting out my youngest’s sunflower 🌻 tomorrow as it’s too tall to fit in the window any longer! We’ve been hardening it off every day, putting it out and bringing in at night. Should be fine now.

Hard week! Looking forward to some more gardening days. Definitely going to be out with the aphid brush again - a favourite pastime last year.

I shall also try to get the waterbutts sorted. Do you know that they sell the exact same brand, identical, waterbutts in every home shop and garden centre around here and the price varies from £30 - £60. It’s mad, double the cost for the exact same lump of plastic. Some even have the cheek to remove the diverter and stand kit that usually comes with it and try to sell you them separately!

Talking of water butts, I mentioned I received a butt with damaged lid and missing tap and gasket adapter thing and was given the butt  FOC. Well I contacted main office of Elho in NL asking what the thread diameter was to buy a tap, they offered to send me one right away also FOC. They then asked 'anything else?' so we're getting the adapter too. I thought asking for a new lid would be pushing it... Just excellent service.
