Thanks @Hostafan1 & @Dovefromabove.  Now his little brother (first birthday tomorrow) is poorly too, but at least they know it's not Covid.   :)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Two goldfinches spotted in the garden, either youngsters or exhausted and thin parents but looking otherwise healthy.  A first for me in any garden.

I'm not sure this is really appropriate for RTBC, but equally unsure it's Curmudgeon Corner content either.  I also apologise in advance for anybody this may offend but it is a genuine event which happened to me earlier today.
I was in our local M&S and saw T shirts hanging up with the logo "Make the day count" on the front.  At least that is what it should have read but a fold in the fabric completely concealed the 'O' in the final word.  I obviously have no idea whether that crease was accidental or somebody's idea of a joke.

I can top that.  Sorting through stuff during lockdown and came across over $300 in US and Canadian Travellers Cheques.  I must check with my bank to see if I can pay them in.

Back in the day, before I was skint. I "hid" some cash in a jam jar at the back of a cupboard and forgot all about it. found it years later with £700 in it. That's my best ever find.
No a Shakespeare Folio 1, but I was happy with it.
