Kili, suggest building a bridge to Boris. He had the bright idea of building one to link Northern Ireland with the rest of the UK.  He could use yours as a trial run.

Nah, you can keep the self serving little "£$%^&* right there we don't want him.

Our bridge would be only for our European neighbours to get to our island and for Islanders to get to the EU. Brexit Boris and those that destroyed the lives of millions of British children for their own selfish ends can  $%^&*)£$%^&*_

Good news on the temperature front. My local area is showing daytime temperatures at a minimum 14°C rising to 18°C for the week ahead. Good time to get some of my sowings in the greenhouse prior to hardening off.

    Ditto.
There have been PMs in my lifetime I've liked, and some I've disliked but Bojo is the only who is clearly not up to the job.

RTBC. Had second dose of AZ vaccine this morning. Wasn't expecting it for another 4 weeks. On enquiring why I was advised that they were out of the Pfizer so those who would have had there second dose had to wait and it was due in next week so they thought they would keep the program rolling and use up the AZ vaccine for second dose for those that had already had it.

Oddly enough I'm not sure if its a good thing to have it after 6 weeks as I've just read a report suggesting at 6 weeks efficacy is much less than waiting to have it at 10 weeks.

My wife had the Pfizer 3 weeks before me. I hope she's in the next lot. She gets the Rolls Royce I get the Morris Minor. lOL... :D

Just one thing to add. Although I had a reaction with the first AZ jab feeling weak and flu like ( only for 24 hours) with the second dose no reaction at all. Just did a 3 hour hike and feel fine.

Boris just happens to be the chap in charge when the biggest immunisation campaign this country's ever known is happening during the middle of the worst emergency since the second World War. That counts for a lot in my book.
Goodness knows what mess Corbyn would have made of it.

But he's not " in charge" . It' pretty clear that many ( mostly ) behind the scenes are pulling way too many strings.
£37,000,000,000 for track and trace which still doesn't work !
To say Corbyn, or anyone else would have been worse doesn't detract from his incompetence.

Corbyn might have made a mess of it but that doesn't mean Johnson has done any better.  Would he have lined the pockets of his cronies to such an extent? Would be have earned the contempt and distrust of foreign leaders and the electorate to the same extent ?  We'll never know.
I'm an ideal world, we wouldn't have to choose between that pair of clowns.
I'm feeling cheerful because I don't live in Poland and could say that without going to prison.

Corbyn may have denied that Covid19 existed.  That's what his brother believes.
