Is it the end of Boris? The appalling reaction to Afghanistan - the committee inquiry responses are laughable...the 'unsubstantiated' Christmas Party that his press aids lampooned in a video (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-59572149)....Williamson admitting having a party... Surely he can't survive that. Let alone the mixed messaging coming out about Covid... then HS2... Cummings. There's been so much you tend to forget - oh, and lying to the Queen over proroguing parliament..His money for doing up his flat, his funded holiday apartment, all the sleaze within the Tory party and then trying to change the rules..

He's survived everything else so I wouldn't be so sure he can't survive this.  What is interesting though is that no Minister has been available this morning to mark the 1st anniversary of the Covid vaccine rollout.  Speculation being that they aren't prepared to come on and spout the line 'no rules broken'.  Hopefully this actually will mark the beginning on the end of Boris.  A man who clearly thinks he can do and say whatever he wants as long as he has his fingers crossed behind his back.
  • He doesn't really want to be PM any more ... it's not as much fun as he thought it would be ...

I think it was Nick Robinson on R4 this morning who said that Sajid was booked to talk about the vaccine anniversary, but he then called off. Maybe even he couldn't then justify or still keep with the party line of 'anonymous story - unsubstantiated' that Raab was peddling on Sunday. PM's questions will be Boris waffling - but even his back benchers are now asking for answers.
