And LLB’s flamingos … is that the only ‘painting’ he’s ever done?  He’s inordinately proud of it … it’s been re-hashed and used sooooo many times in the past on Changing Rooms … it’ll soon be turning up on Antiques Roadshow 😂
Surely LLB will be on the Antiques Roadshow before long.  As one of the items being valued (worth nowt luv) rather than one of the experts.

Don't ... he's considerably younger than I am ... I'll leave you to judge which of us has worn the better tho' 🕊

On the topic of paintings’ value, has the worth of works by Rolf Harris plummeted?

A local centre for children with disabilities had a painting by RH ... he did it years ago on a visit there, and they had regarded it as a nest egg  that they would call upon to fund their planned improvements ........... but of course there's not a hope in hell of selling it.  Not sure what's happened to it now.

Shame they can't be sold to benefit children.  But who'd want them?

It's a shame the art can't be seen as separate from the artist... if it was a good painting and you liked it, surely it would be ok to keep it?  But I take the point about the monetary value having plummeted.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

And folk seem to forget that Wagner was a staunch anti semite.
