I phoned Western Power Distribution yesterday afternoon when we had a power cut.  Got an automated message asking for my phone number then informing me that they were aware of the outage and giving an expected time for power to be reinstated.  So far, so normal.
In fact the power was back much sooner than they had estimated, which is always good, but shortly after power came back on I received a call from them apologising for the outage and hoping hadn't been too disruptive.  That's what I call good customer service.

Or take the scissors to it like I did earlier in the week - then regretted it!

    tying back.

I daren't cut it - yet. It's like adding salt to your cooking. You out it in but you can't take it out.

I tie mine just above the nape.  No facelift effect.

Watching Spurs not play. It wasn't so long ago that watching them play was a continual RTBC. Ahhhh the vagaries of the beautiful game eh? Audere est Facere - or not as seems now.
