Hazel fingers crossed Alfie is okay, although you can’t watch him in the loo or he turns tail.  He’s happy in himself.  I hope your iPad gets sorted, the tech team will do it for free if you have an apple near you.  Chive it’s good to have a walk and feel refreshed.  Enjoy your curry.  I had a Lily’s tv day today, back to normality, and I’ve baked some crusty rolls for tea.

Had a lovely couple of hours in the garden.  Just pottering.  Nothing damaged here.  Had to come in as the light is fading and it's getting blooming cold.

Hello all. I've had an interesting day today. I went to see my sister whose birthday it is today and had a half hour there. On my return home I got a call from the holiday makers to say that they were back from a lovely break. I learned today that they had been near Bassenthwaite - neither knew before they went as Jack's granddaughter had booked it for them. Jack did not go in the hot tub - which I pulled his leg about. I'm glad they are home safe now and I am relieved of cat sitting duties.
I did get back to sleep for a short while thanks, Hazel and I definitely think it will be an early night tonight.I just feel as if I'm playing 'catch up' on my sleep every night.
Rosie, I think Alfie looks very happy in the bag. Funny little things aren't they?

    Evening all,

Quietish day today. Just back from donating blood. Going to watch some football and maybe a film later on but I'd guess at falling asleep during that ;)

LB your sister also has a Christmas birthday.  Happy Birthday to your sister 🎈🛍.  I hope you both had a good catch up.    The contact keeps us all ticking over.  Biglad you sound tired.  Have a restful evening.  I’m just going to have a cup of tea.  I have a new book to read later.

Rosie, December is a busy month in my family. I have rellies birthday on 11th; 12th; 19th; mine on 25th; another on 27th and two on the 29th (its used to be four as that date was my Granddad's and my Mum's birthdays also!). The two on the 29th are my Australian sis-in-law and her daughter (my niece). I think I need a cup of tea after all that!

Hazel, you'll enjoy just having a little read but sometimes books can grab you and you cannot leave them alone!
