  • Morning everyone,
Weather here is awful, rain is lashing down and so very windy.
A day for indoors, either writing more Christmas cards or knitting.
Ante such a lovely display of vegetables
Have a lovely day everyone whatever you're doing. Take care

    Thank you all.

LB, Few years ago I discovered that they are a lot of corn varieties. It was also fascinated to me. This one on the photo is actually edible.

Hazel, sorry for the breakfast. Next time check the packet twice.😁

    SGL, enjoy your indoor day.

I hadn't heard that about Des O'Connor Hazel. I always remember Eric Morecambe sending him up. Another entertainer I grew up with gone.

I have been card writing today but am having a rest for now. It would make things easier for myself if I just bought one design of card but oh no, I get several different designs and then I have to go through them to decide which card is appropriate to send to which person/family. It makes the chore twice as long (and tedious!). Oh shut up moaning LB! Sorry people.

Afternoon everyone,  Veg haul looks great @Ante30  It's a lovely afternoon here, not sure what most of the morning looked like as I had a very long lie in.  I was reading in bed and couldn't put the book down so I didn't drop off until the early hours.  Still no news about Secondborn's Covid test but she is feeling much better today so hopefully it will come back negative.  Hope work improves @debs64
    Have a good day everyone.

I’ve just finished Lily’s tv, all hung to dry.   I’ve also been present wrapping.  I’m yet to write the cards.  Ante what a good harvest you have.  Another bright sunny day.  I didn’t go to bed until 2am as I came back downstairs.  I did get back to sleep though.  Wishing you a good day.

    Good evening all.
It's very silent evening here. I planted a lot in my front garden today. Rain stopped around noon, but it's still cloudy and dark, of course.
I planted crocuses, persimmon tree, few roses and ginger.
Still didn't bought christmas cards, so this week i must solve this. The presents are all prepared.
