The dichotomy of the Curmudgeons' Corner. Everyone posting in here is a grumpy bugger. Can you get upset with someone being grumpy about others being a grumpy bugger if the point is to be a grumpy bugger? Have they achieved peak grumpiness or fallen at the first hurdle? Maybe it should be the third rule: No complaining about C*ts or Br**it, and no complaining about people being grumpy unless people being grumpy is something that is making you grumpy and you feel the need to get it off your chest. I think I'm making myself grumpy now...
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
So long as the grumper is not personally insulting to an individual grumpee. It is perfectly acceptable to make a general comment ( within the norms of a civilised society) about forum members as a whole who post on this thread - however erroneous that statement may be.
Is it curmudgeonly or a RTBC to be absolutely delighted to know that we’re still providing Swiss Sue with reading matter all this time after she got the hump and flounced off? 🤔Â

There's no troll like an old troll eh, @Dovefromabove ? It would be hilarious if it wasn't so deeply, deeply pathetic. Although, not quite as pathetic as the misguided person who ticked the like box on Swiss Sue's postÂ
...and she's never going to press ignore @philippasmith2. We all know that, don't we...

I've just bought a box of Cadbury Raisin Brunch Bars. Box same size as always, individual wrappers same size as always, bar within the wrapper must be about 20% smaller than before. Quite simply conning the customer.
