    I second Dove's good wishes @Yviestevie.

The view from our bedroom window, you can understand the constant leaf clearing. It is a spectacular tree this time of year.

Good morning, I think. Brrr. Just saw footage on tv of snow falling at Thredbo. No wonder we’ve had warm clothes on the last 24 hours or so. Only half a mil of rain overnight, but it’s a very moist atmosphere out there.

Pixel and I have had our morning walk out to the garden and this time she came back straight away with me instead of having a sniff around. She likes the heater in the living room. 😁

    Good morning and G’day.

I didn’t have a chance to look in yesterday. I hope everyone is ok.

How long is Pixel staying @Pat E

Work is very busy so I am looking forward to Bake Off and AutumnWatch tonight.

Our son is expecting to come down next Tuesday, all being well. We will miss, but at least we can enjoy her company this week.😃
How are you coping with work?

Well enjoy your time with little Pixel. They make a welcome addition to a home don’t they? I am not a morning person, so a paw tap on the nose and a chirp to wake me is a pleasant alarm clock. There is no snooze button though!

Work is ok Pat, but we don’t know what’s round the corner and the staff worry about taking the virus home etc.

    Have a good day all.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
lovely photos @Pat E ... love the perfume of hay ... if only they could bottle it ... imagine a room freshener spray scented like summer haymaking ... I used to love driving our little grey Ferguson and turning and tedding the hay and then raking it into rows. 😊
Hugs for @AuntyRach and all her colleagues. Your work is hugely appreciated. 💙

Morning Dove. Yes there’s just something about it isn’t there.

Sorry Aunty Rach, I’ve just realised that I was answering your enquiry, but didn’t mention your name when I responded. My mind was distracted by the darned TV, 😳
I also wanted to agree with Dove in my admiration of all that you health workers do for us.

Morning all/afties @Pat E. Warm clothes are fairly normal here just now too.
We had a lovely sunrise this morning - the spaces round the curtain edges in my bedroom were bright red. Cloudy and still now, but the rain has stopped - for now anyway.
Bake Off has been great @AuntyRach. A welcome distraction from all the cr*p eh?  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Good morning Forkers.   Bit damp and grey here but mild.  I shall be leaving in a mo to go and meet @D0rdogne_Damsel and Charlie.  Hope it stays nice enough for our planned stroll along the front and exploring the wee pedestrian bits before lunch.  There's a little street where all the houses have mosaic decorations made mostly with assorted shells and some are just glorious.

Bit of shopping for essentials for me afterwards.  We've run out of anti-mozzie and I am covered in bites - apparently much tastier than OH who has none!   Once home I need to get the scruffs on again and make a new rain cover for the chooks.   The winds have broken bits off the first one but that's OK as the floor of the shed is dry dirt for anyone needing a dust bath.

Feline alarms work here too @AuntyRach and the only off button is to cuddle them or get up and feed them.   Enjoy Pixel while you can @Pat E tho it will be good to see your son again so soon.  I hope daughter and grandson are OK.

Had a lovely afternoon with the patch ladies yesterday tho only 8 braved the new restrictions and scares.  We all agreed that watching too much news amplifies the cr*p levels @Fairygirl so we're rationing it.  Will you get a walk today?  That helps too.

See you later folks.  Stay safe and warm.
