Hi all, tiler has been ( not ruler as previously mentioned) looking good and half of kitchen is empty. I have taken down and packed away all my pictures and ornaments from dining room hall and porch in anticipation of all the horrible mess. Hated doing it but I will be annoyed if stuff gets ruined.
We have plenty of rain here for anyone who needs it?

Good that you will have the kitchen finished soon. I hate cleaning the oven, try to wipe it down after using, but don't always do it 😔 Just started raining again, but don't care now we're back home🤭
Sorry I've been AWOL recently but things have been a bit difficult. Haven't read back but hope everyone is OK. Just wanted to thank you for all the kind messages re mums funeral. It was a lovely service despite the covid restrictions.
Going to be interesting to see how wet my 'new' border is when I finally go out the back. It's been absolutely persisting down all day so, if it doesn't have any standing water on the surface, I'll be a very happy chappy
