Have a good day @chicky There are some 'twinges' in the thighs today, but that'll soon go Hope you get some resolution @punkdoc. I'm a few behind you then - about 121 or 122. I'll have to look.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I have the bad kind in the stupid knee - occasional swear words needed - but am doing my best to ignore them. Hope your back eases soon @punkdoc. It can be very dispiriting.
@punkdoc, I can say, with some certainty , that I'm about 127 behind you.
Good twinges @Obelixx. Knees were fine, but it's only a half day for that hill. I'm not sure how well the knees will do, but I'll keep going as long as I can. Do you use supports, or are they no use? @punkdoc - I had to laugh at the report I read about Snowdon, with the hideous crowds that @Lizzie27 was mentioning. They described it as the 2nd highest hill in the UK. Not sure what method they were using for that!

I have one of those thick fabric/elastic knee support thingies but I keep it for dancing and walkies on the day after dancing. Doesn't fit under jeans which is going to be a problem now it's too cold to wear my long shorts.....
I hope your knees hold out a good while longer @Fairygirl. I remember doing Great Gable in the Lakes years ago and having knees going up and hips coming down. Signs of things to come.

Hello everyone. Nothing new here. i took a photo of a little violet that manages to appear here and there around the garden. I think it is Viola labradorica. Could be wrong though.
It's only the coming down for me @Obelixx, with the patellofemoral thing I have. Such is life. I only wore the small supports yesterday, but longer, tougher days need the hinged doofers Lovely pic @Pat E. A welcome little burst of colour. Do they struggle generally in your climate?
