It's just gone a bit smirry here @Fairygirl but I'm hoping that we avoid the hefty stuff.
You're getting the hang of it now  :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I saw that @Dovefromabove. I was going to say a lot more but I could feel my blood pressure going up as it was  :D
It's a bit much. Mentioning that there are lots of older queries with one post, then labouring the point, suggests a lot of time spent looking. Weird.
I'd offer to trim your locks @WonkyWomble , but if you've seen me when pruning, I take no prisoners....
Is my washing going to dry today? Am I getting wet on a walk? The big questions of the day here.   :D

Morning all. It's too hot down here still for walking and running! Well for me anyway. 31 deg later. NDN came round yesterday with a lovely cantaloupe melon and a bunch of small leeks to go in the ground, so I'm off to prepare the ground and get them in before it's too hot.
DIL starts her chemo next week and is going to try a cold cap, does anyone know about them and can offer any advice that I can pass on to her?
    Have a good day all.
  • Kind of you Fairy  :) I've always been one for cutting my own hair with the kitchen scissors, but now everyone is copying my methods I'm going against the grain and going for a London stylist that relocated to my home village a few years ago and had been shielding so with masks, I thought we could risk it. We have rebooked for a weeks time  :)
Road trip with hubby should be fun anyway.

    Morning all.
Another sunny day with a cold start.
Have made bread, I mean I put it in the breadmaker.
I'll clear out old paint tins to take to the tip.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Taken that too far...... :D
I'd be inside if it was that hot @floralies. I hope you get your veg planted. Perhaps @punkdoc might be able to help you with your query?

    Hi all

@floralies, cold caps do seem to reduce hair loss in some people, so I think they are generally regarded as a good thing.
