    Morning all,

Stupidly early Friday track session completed. Arrived home and saw that half a dozen sheep were dining at no. 96. They're newish neighbours but have spent a lot of time on the front garden. Small manicured lawn surrounded by lovely borders. I intend to get acquainted for gardening tips  ;) so chased the shauns 100 yards up the street and back onto the hillside from whence they often descend  :o

Well deserved soak in a hot bath and now for a spot of brekkie before getting back into the garden.

    Morning all/afties @Pat E if you're there  :)
Aye - Wet and windy. Just rub it in @Dovefromabove, why don't cha! :D
@Allotment Boy- you have my sympathy. These allergies are so debilitating. I din't even know stock cubes had celery in them. Must take a look at the ones I use, although I use the liquid ones. Which is another question - why can't you get ham ones of those?
    First world problem.
Enjoy your trim @WonkyWomble . I have to say, I didn't enjoy going to the hairdresser at all when I went a few weeks ago. I hate going anyway, but it's a necessary evil :/
I've had a terrible headache most of the night and slept really badly. I'm hoping it goes away.

hello all. I’m suffering from tiredness 😳🙄. Too much late night Tour de France watching.   good though. Beautiful green miles of landscape.  Not like our dry landscape.

You mean you haven't got naturally golden flowing locks @Hostafan1?
    Like me.... :D
You burning the candle then @Pat E? ;)
Didn't see your post @Biglad. Did you not keep any for your dinner? Is their lawn now even more manicured?

Good shepherding @Biglad 🤣🧑🏻‍🌾🐏🐑🐑.  Hope you got them shooed away before they did too much damage.

Cool here today, but we’ve put our faith in the forecast and booked us a beach day on Monday ......could be the last hurrah for this year 😎🏖

Hope your headache clears @Fairygirl .....not what you need ☹️

Unfortunately, @Fairygirl, they were going for the perfect plants and leaving the lawn  :o Don't think I'd be up to slaughtering one for the dinner plate. Although the thought did cross my mind.
They'd only just pulled up at the diner, sticking to the rule of 6, if you please @chicky so not much damage done this morning. I fear no.96 will need to think about some border restrictions for future unwelcome invaders, though.

Morning all. I have a cheeky week off starting today - marvellous! I think a breather is well-timed as I fear a stressful time in work ahead as the virus is picking up pace again. Some of my colleagues are feeling very anxious and we will all have to balance our fears with our devotion to duty yet again. I worry that some will ultimately decide to leave a career that they love either during or after the next crisis.

In brighter thoughts, the forecast is teasing me with promises of warm, dry days ahead. I must start a list of my Autumn garden jobs... one will be upgrading the hedgehog hotel!

My garden and I live in South Wales.
