Morning LB. Good that shopping is all put away , you can relax now. Chey that wasn’t something you wanted to deal with first thing  in the morning .Or any time come to think of it .

Morning Chive. not long now. I was pleased to see a glimpse of the sun first thing but I don't know where it has gone now. At least its dry and I might get out into the garden. Yvie sounds like she is all organised for next year now with her purchases yesterday - seeds Yvie? What kinds did you get?

Morning Rubee, you snuckered in there. Hoping to do some dead heading later but I think another cuppa is called for.

    Morning everyone
Rained during night. Started about 10 o'clock, listened to it as I tossed and turned, awful nights sleep, don't know why.
Grey skies when I finally got up at 8 but the sun is shining now. What happened to the heat wave we were supposed to get.
Going to spend some time in the garden deadheading and a general tidy. Was going to sort the shed out but will do that tomorrow now, I'm too tired to tackle that.
    Happy birthday Luco 🎉🎉
    Have a good day everyone

Morning all, Yuk Chey not nice to deal with.  I had a friend who used to phone me everytime her cat bought a bird in.  It never injured them just let them loose in the house, so they either froze in shock or few round in a panic.  She was scared of birds so it was always a bit of a trauma.
Started out very grey here but it's a bit brighter now so hopefully I can get out in the garden.  Have a good day everyone.

LB They were veg seeds, never grown any before but I'm turning over a load of containers to growing veg next year.  There are some I can start now.  I've bought 2 types of carrot, cucumber, spring onions, salad leaves, raddish, tomato, dwarf beans and peas. Fairygirl on Forkers has offered to give me some strawberry runners.  I'm looking forward to 'giving it a go'.

Sorry, my fault. I have had 2 weeks off work. The weather should pick up from Monday.

Thats a good job done then Hazel and it certainly makes sense for your son to protect his car. Off road parking is very useful. Pauline, we'll forgive you - as long as the sun does come out next week. 🌤️
