I wouldn't have got Naked either @Yviestevie 😉 too cold today.
Sorry, I didn't know that one either. Did wonder about Twinings too though, but wasn't convinced.
Still raining here, hope we get some nice weather this week 🤞

Afties all. Well what a kerfuffle I had when I got home from the visit today. I could not find my front door key. I do have a spare in the key safe I got from my Mum's bungalow so I was able to get in but I rang around asking the rellies if they had found the original key. No sign anywhere. I tipped out my handbag (not a pretty sight - why did I still have a 2019 diary in the side pocket???). Having had some lunch I decided to have another look in the car and after a really good search I eventually spotted the key and its denim fob. Could I get at it? No chance! It had slipped down between the two front seats and had slid into the runner at the base of the driver's seat. Saved by the knitting needle! After all that excitement, and reporting back to the rellies I decided that I would get Lily's TV into action and changed the bedding. Its a lovely, blowy day and I should get the cloth things dry.
SGL, like you and Pauline, I thought that Number 23 was Toblerone until I spotted the cactus and realised that the letters were the wrong way about.
Debs, enjoy the quiet whilst you can. Fingers crossed that your OH finds something suitable.
T'Bird, my mouth is positively watering at the recipe. I must have a go at that one myself. Thanks for sharing. I'm with you in the short and dumpy club. Even the short length M&S jeans - which use to fit perfectly - are suddenly too long for me and its easier to buy extra short online. I have learned that buying short length cropped jeans give me full length jeans
Ruby, it sounds like you have the right compost mix there for your succulents so I do hope that they recover. They are tough little plants so I think that you will be ok. Yvie, looking forward to seeing some of your pics.

Wow Hazel. At least you managed to 'unbung' the blockage. I use sink unblocker on a fairly regular preventative basis in the kitchen and the bathroom. I haven't had any problems so assume this treatment helps keep the waste water flowing steadily.

Glad to hear you manage to both find and rescue your house keys. I always feel slightly sick when that sort of thing happens. Do try the courgette recipe - every one seems to like it. I first tried it at Ruth Watson’s pub in Orford and got the recipe from her😋

Hazel - I can never quite decide which is more disgusting - the gunk in kitchen sink pipes or the stuff that accumulates in the bathroom. Bathroom probably wins because I’m not very good at dealing with hair - even my own. Even cleaning the hairbrush makes me feel slightly🤢

Heavens T'Bird. I don't expect that is the Orford where home of Zorro was prior to his relocation? That is where handy brother resides but its Cheshire. I am with you on dealing with hair in plugholes - gross! Not too bad with the hairbrush though.
p.s. Hazel, that does sound a tad more complicated. I am also a big fan of using soda and boiling water down plugholes to make them 'sweet'.

Good morning everyone. A lovely start to the day apart from a restless night. I woke up several times, no idea why, maybe what we were talking about the other day. Ante, I hope that you had a lovely night at the party and that the raspberry cake was well received. I meant to ask if you enjoyed Gardeners World?
