    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Hope you’re feeling better today @Busy-Lizzie and Good Luck @Hostafan1 👍

    Morning all.

Yuk! @Hostafan1, I use Oral B mouthwash, tastes better. Still hurts. Good luck.

I better get a move on, 4 months work in the garden, apart from the weeding my friends did, to do before Friday when the buyers are coming to meet me and sign a preliminary agreement to buy. I also have a load of paperwork to prepare and people to call, septic tank men, woodworm inspection etc. Also the tractor man as the mower garden tractor has a ripped front tyre and we can't get it off. So much mowing to do. An acre with a small hand mower takes ages.

Morning all/afties Pat if you're there.
Hope you're not too sore today @Busy-Lizzie.
Did they tell you what the problem was @Yviestevie? Apologies if you've said and I've missed it. Fingers crossed that they improve. Very debilitating.
Another cloudy sort of nothing-y day here, but dry after some overnight rain. Breezy when I was out earlier. Not sure what I'll do today. Awaiting the clematis I ordered after spending hours trying to decide. There's a few more I want, but no stock just now. I can always live on soup for a few weeks to pay for them...

might be nonsense, @Busy-Lizzie, but friend told me not to use mouthwash after an extraction as it can " dry up the wound and slow the closing process" . I'll check with my dentist later and get back to you on that one.

I haven't had an extraction @Hostafan1, roots are still intact, crown prep and cutting off of the gum that was growing into the gap where the bit of tooth broke off the root. I had to keep it clean while I was in lockdown in Norfolk.

    Morning all
Glad the eye isn't anything series Yvie!
    Ouch BusyL!!!
Rain over night here but glad of it as everything needed a watering again even though we had 3 days of solid rain last week.
Took advantage of a rescue me plant sale at my favorite nursery on Sunday. Came home with 8 plants at £1 and a gaura the bride I couldn't resist and a free gaura sparkle white which is part of a points based saving scheme. 100 points=a free plant!!!!!
As many of my customers are reluctant to look after their plants I've decided to sell them bomb proof ones that I cultivate myself. I can now justify all plant purchases!   ;)
    Have a lovely day folks

I was thinking the same might apply after having the gum cut??? Maybe I'm wrong, AGAIN

Morning all 😀. Big fan of salt water mouth washes - one of my Mum’s tips.  Taste yuck but do the trick (or did when I had troublesome wisdom teeth coming through).

BIG day today ....going to get my hair cut 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳.  First time since December (missed a cut as we were in Australia, and lockdown cancelled the one I had booked as soon as I got back).  Always wondered whether I should grow my hair a little longer 🤔.  Now I know .....definitely not.  Its been driving me nuts, and has been permanently scraped back in a pony tail.  Might go a d get myself a takeaway coffee on the way.  In for a penny etc ...

Other big news is that Chicklet has escaped redundancy after all, by being an all round proactive star 🌟.  She is being moved to a centre in Bournemouth- so will have to find somewhere to rent down there as its too far to commute.  But Bournemouth is a lovely town, and she’ll still be plenty close enough to pop home on her days off if she fancies it.  Soooo pleased for her - she loves her job, and was very sad she was being shown the door 🚪.

That's great news @chicky - about chicklet, rather than hair  ;)
I often have the top of mine in a pony tail, so I look like one of those ridiculous men who have a little 'topknot'. My hair is short and layered as it's very thick, and I can keep the fringe cut, but that's about it. It has now become a ridiculous sight. I think hairdressers open here this week, but I'll wait before heading there.

Morning all. Such good news for your daughter @chicky, My daughter is officially un-employed now after 30 years as a business travel consultant for an international engineering company.
Try and have a pain free day Hosta and Busy, keep up with the mouth washes.
Have a good day all, whatever you are up to.
