    @punkdoc. Here’s where I live,  little rectangle right in the middle of the ploughed field, middle of  photo.  No one around, no neighbours and all the boundaries are ours. 
    960’ above so good views cross the Moors, Dartmoor and Bodmin.
    three quarter acre.   If you want peace and quiet this fits its. Yet only about 5 miles to town, docs etc.

    Porthmeor beach at 3.30 this afternoon.

    Put a mesh panel up at the door, I do that in the greenhouses.
