    It's when people dump their rubbish anywhere and everywhere  @Pat E - often along quiet roads and lanes, and at farm gates  >:)
    The closure of local tips [like in your picture!] because of reduced council services, has led to a huge increase in it everywhere. People are disgusting.
    This sort of  thing 


    Hope @AuntyRach's secateur wrist are better today too. I understand the problem well  :|

    Yes. That's a minor one compared to the other two I reported. I despair sometimes. I meet a nice lady who walks her dog at the same time I'm out, and we'd had a discussion about it a couple of days ago. Saw her today and told her they had been out clearing the stuff at the garden entrance. She was suitably horrified about that one. She's one of those decent people who picks up other people's dog crap too. Don't start me on those cretins....
    I'll need to look at your pic later- it's too bright here in the kitchen!
