Good morning everyone especially the really early bird, Rosie, and Debs. First of all apologies Hazel as I had meant to say yesterday how sorry I was to hear about your OH's Aunt. It was only when I was in bed last night that I realised my omission. Everything crossed for her. When will the results of her test be known? I hope that SGL's aches are lessening day by day and that the bruises are now scrolling through the interesting colours they take on as they are healing. Debs, enjoy the allotment. I'm sure that your son is happy being back at home. I hope that it doesn't rain just yet as I have to connect the battery charger to the car - on the drive - and I need to use an extension lead. Another day or so of dry weather would be ideal.

Morning Ruby. I have to let my mind come round slowly after I've had the first cuppa of the day.

I think yesterday's quiz was a bit more challenging for people so next Wednesday's will be less so. Here are the answers:
    1.  Poland
    2.  Chile
    3.  Easter Cake
    4.  Beer
    5.  5th Avenue
    6.  Bermuda
    7.  Welsh
    8.  Dr Seuss
    9.  Ostrich
    10. Doe
I only knew numbers 3 (which was a guess!), 9 and 10! Well done to all who had a stab at it.

Morning Rosie, Rubee, LB & all to follow.
Lovely blue skies again,  but like you Rosie our forecast from Tuesday onwards is awful. Rain everyday for the next seven days 😣
Glad it wasn't just me LB, I knew 3, 8, 9, 10.  But had know idea with the rest. Good fun though.
Back still aches a bit, wrist is ok now except for bruising. And I have a few other bruises too.

Nothing much on TV lately,  but we watched Vera last night, an old one but still enjoyable.
Going to put the washing on the line soon and then look on line for a rose or two. Apart from David Austin, are there any other good suppliers does anyone know please
Have a good day everyone TTFN

Well there I was - all prepared to charge up my battery and having made every possible attempt, the charger kept going into safe mode after 2 minutes meaning it wasn't connected to a battery. It was connected (in my view) so possibly the battery is totally kaput. Anyway, its no big deal. It will get sorted in the end.
SGL you could try Peter Beales or Ashridge Nurseries for roses. Other rose sellers are also available.
