Stopped raining at the moment, but it's vrry cold today. I've just put the heating on for a while to take the chill off. How weird this weather is, yesterday afternoon it was really hot and we sat in the garden and today we have the heating on 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😄

Hi, good trip to SM. Got 3 poppies for £5. I try every year to grow them from seed without success or I plant the plants and they die, I keep trying though as I adore the flowers. Any tips?

Hello all. I've just been out - in the rain - to put some seeds into the greenhouse. I do not intend going out again today. My heating came on this morning and has cycled on and off all day. As I came back from the greenhouse I heard this little quacking noise and guess who was on his favourite sentry post?

Please excuse me whilst I have a rant about Hermes. I had ordered some medicine off t'internet. I was given a tracking number which I duly checked up on over the next couple of days. I discovered a message saying package had been returned to depot as it was damaged. I contacted the seller who agreed that a replacment would be sent out to me. The next day a courier from Hermes attempted to re-deliver the package but advised me to reject it as it was damaged. Indeed the medicine was dripping out of the package onto my drive. He took said package away with him. Hermes have just delivered to me again and as I am expecting others, I just took in the package that the courier had left on the doorstep. When I opened it, what did I find but the original, damaged and leaking package craftily wrapped in nice clean bright blue plastic wrapping! To say I am incandescent is putting it mildly. I have contacted the seller again and sent him all the details of this further attempt, accompanied by a picture of the parcel. In no way is it the seller's fault.
Thank you for letting me offload that major moan. I feel better now.

    Good evening to all.
I had a lot of work about school last two days so I wasn't around. Our ministry decided that we will not go back to school this school year. In one way it's good but many complications came with this decision.
My mother is better but still has painful knees. I managed to do some gardening but only with seedlings inside. Forecast is heavy rain next two days 😊. SM is done and now I'm fine next five, six days.

LB, first beautiful photo of duck. I would like to have some of them around my house.
Situation about Hermes delivery is shameful. Of course that isn't sellers fault.

Good to see you Ante. Yes, Mr Mallard is keeping a look out for his Mrs who is nesting across the road in my friend's front garden. I do hope that your Mum's poor knees feel better soon. Will some of your students miss important examinations Ante? There are many disappointed students here.
Debs, poppies seem to like the poorest of treatments to do well. They grow beautifully in the cracks in my drive where you wouldn't think anything would grow. I have to persist with them as well. They don't like being moved.

Ante, from 19:00 here tonight I am going to watch Poirot followed by Midsomer Murders. I will really enjoy them tonight as there shouldn't be any interruptions.

Hi LB and Rubee. You gave me a new insight in Navy CSI tv show. I didn't know that duck=mallard.😂

LB, students will missed a lot of important examinations. Especially high school graduates who need to prepare for college applications. At this moment we have a lot confusion about college application.
