Morning everyone Finally got back to sleep, but only slept till just after eight. Sorry Rosie didn't see your post after mine last night. I turned my tablet off as soon as I posted, we could of had a natter. Woke up this morning with a bit of a back ache after gardening yesterday. As I was about to get out the bath this morning, I had a twinge go up my back and I slipped and fell back in the bath. I'm ok, just a bit of a bump and feeling stupid 😕 Don't think I'll do much today though. So glad to hear your son is much better Chive. Debs, bet your so happy to have your son back home. Pleased he is better too. Ante, you have worked so very hard. Your potatoe field looks amazing. LB, any news of your battery charger. Have a 'sco delivery this afternoon, although not sure exactly what time. Booking was between 2 this afternoon till 10 o'clock. They said they would let us know nearer the time of drop off . Another sunny morning, think I'll have a cup of tea in the garden . Take care everyone, another week almost done. Goodness they are going by quickly considering. Stay safe we can do this.
I attended my go doctors surgery this morning. They have new chairs all spaced out and hand gel and the nurse was wearing pipe. I thanked her very much and she opened the doors for me and that was it. The nurse I used to see waived at me and I waived back. Brief encounter of the medical kind. Lily it’s good you caught up on your sleep.
Afties all. SGL, I do hope that you are not too bruised after your slip and fall in the bath this morning. It must have been a shock for you. As for the battery charger, I've had an email to say it has been posted out so I'll just have to be patient now. Rosie it seems your Doc's visit went quite well. My groceries arrived very early this morning. My last two deliveries had items missing so I was happy to see that I got everything I had asked for this time. I won't need to shop again for quite a while. Sorry to say I have never heard of Lisa Faulds Hazel but it is sad to hear any news like that.
p.s. do you mean Lynn Faulds Wood?
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Good evening to all. Thank you all for kind words. It was hard work but much easier than last year.
Haze, you done a lot of job in your garden. You deserve a long rest and maybe a glass of something 😉.
SGL, I just read that you slipped in the bath. I hope so that you are well. It was a shock for you.
LB, third luck 😁. It's nice when you get all ordered items.
Here was pretty warm day but I need rain. My trip to nearby town went excellente. Refreshing to see other people after 40 days. I spent almost half an hour in front of seed shelf at GC. Well, you can guess how it finished. I'll sow pumpkins, courgette, marrow and lot of other seeds direct in the soil.
Situation with this virus is getting better here. Today is the first day that we have more recovered than new cases. Few restrictions will be cancelled from monday.
Evening Ante. It sounds as though you have had a very good day. Just got more seeds to make work for yourself but what fun you will have. Pleased to hear that some of your restrictions will be lifted on Monday. I wish we could say that!

Evening everyone . Sorry you fell in the bath Lily. Hope that you are feeling better .I have spent most of the day in the garden. This morning I watered the garden .This afternoon I potted on sixty bedding plug plants .now I am resting .
Well done Ruby. Thats almost as much a marathon as Ante's potato planting. Ooh Ante, I forgot, I took a picture of my columbine. Not as pretty as yours as I think it is the wild type, but it does have a certain charm.

It's beautiful dark coloured columbine LB. All flowers and plants are pretty. With years in the garden I learned to appreciate native plants. Of course that I have many ornamental plants but proper cottage garden with old varieties is my number 1.
Thank you everyone. Ache rather, my right hand hurts a bit and I have bruise already on my wrist where I tried to grab the side of the bath as I slipped backwards in the water. I made a bit of a mess with the splash as I landed backwards in the water 😕😂 Haven't done anything all day. One of my dils popped round with poppet 3 We chatted at a distance while she stood on the drive. Lovely to hear poppets giggles. 'Sco delivery arrived about 20 minutes ago. Everything arrived but the hayfever tablets and a box of tissues 🤷♀️🤷♀️
