Oh Topbird, so sorry to hear you're coughing so badly again. Hopefully it will be just Hayfever and not the hacking cough we've all had, back again. Such a shame that you can't go with Mr Topbird, but it's for the best and everyone will understand. Better for you too to be at home, not the warmest of days here, so best you stay in the warm. Maybe go back to bed and try and catch up on lost sleep. Take care Tbird. And very best wishes to OH....safe journey too.

Morning to everyone, a chilly over cast Morning here in Sussex. A better nights sleep but still woke up a few times.
Think I might sort through one of the spare bedrooms today.
Take care everyone stay safe x

Oh dear T'Bird. What a shame but you are doing absolutely the correct thing. Odd how we were just talking about the resurgence of our coughs the other day! I don't have the sore throat and temperature is normal so I really think mine is a type of allergy reaction.
Take time today to just sit and think about your FIL. I know you must have found it really difficult having to see your OH off but now it is time for you to look after yourself and get yourself better.

Morning SGL and Ruby. It is still not warm enough to be working outside. I can wrap myself up - apart from my hands which are obviously needed to be uncovered to do the finicky things and unfortunately the arthritis kicks in and they go into dead spider mode. I will leave off going out until a bit later.

Well I have been out and have come straight back in again because it is freezing out there. Temperature is 5°C. Too cold as yet for me to venture forth.

    Good day to all.
T'bird, hard but sensibly decision. Take care.

Morning was rainy but warm. Suddenly, around noon, cold air came and temperature dropped from 23℃ to 5℃. School beggan, so I was busy whole morning.
I spoke with my cousin yesterday and he will prepare my land for potatoes at Friday. Next week I can start to plant them.
Seems that it will be one more afternoon with book.

Topbird it’s sad to hear your not well but you’ve made the wise decision not to go.  I hope you’ll feel better soon.  You’ll find time to say your own goodbyes.  As Hazel has said you could have something symbolic.  Take care.   Chive the sun is out today, although I’m not sure how warm it is.  LB love your exercise lady.  I’ve been doing some stretches daily.  Hazel you and hubby are busy bees with the concreting.  LB hope you are feeling much better.
