He's at it now. Unfortunately /  fortunately no save facility so it could take him forever😉

@Lizzie27 @Kili Very noticeable reduction in airplane noise here in the last few days. Probably that's mostly to do with Flybe collapsing so almost no flights in and out of Exeter airport (born out by the flightradar doobrey which shows nothing this side of Bristol at the moment).

I do now have bread flour (essential for me as I make all our bread these days) and eggs, neither of which were to be had in the SM but got them in the village today. While I was out I went round to the GC to get some MPC and manure mix for mulching. They said they're planning to do click and collect and deliveries if they are told to close.

I'm far LESS isolated than normal because everyone is working online and all want to communicate whereas I'm usually alone in my little bubble.

OH's hired a digger which turned up today so he's happy. We had planned to get a new, bigger polytunnel set up, but can't afford the outlay now. Nevertheless, he can do the terracing and some other big scale landscaping jobs so if I do get paid for the hours I'm putting in, we'll be able to get the PT later in the year and be ready to go.

It hasn't stopped raining yet, but the forecast is hopeful

My new counted cross stitch project arrived in this morning’s post.  Spent the day getting it set up and started - have been so absorbed that I forgot to check the news headlines for at least 5 hours 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We enjoyed left-overs of blackberry and apple crumble with cold custard for pud.

I was right on the verge of investing money in the markets via a financial advisor before this all kicked off. If I had, I might have lost most of it. This round makes the 2008 crash looks like a picnic. By God, procrastination has its uses. I am making sacrifices of lemon drizzle cake to the Gods of Dithering.

Was up early couldn't sleep thinking about mum and an aunt who has terrible health issues, however it's an absolutely beautiful morning have potted on a couple of plants and had a brew and feel loads better. Message from mum says don't panic and carry on, she was weeding at 6 today so gardening is her saviour too

I like procrastinating too, but sometimes I just can't be bothered....

I'm surprised you can find eggs to make cake. They're as rare here as hen's.....well ...eggs...
