LB, I too went outside to clap, quiet at first but shortly after others joined.  It was a good feeling.  Good atmosphere.  Chive it’s said to get chillier in the next few days.  We have to make the most of it, although I rather like the cooler days.  I enjoyed the garden today it’s a relaxing place to be. Topbird I missed your post I hope you feel better soon.  Chey I’m glad your shopping arrived.  Lily hope you sleep well.

Good morning all. Yesterday went well a beautiful day and a lovely service then just a cup of tea at MILs house. Spent a few hours sitting in the garden chatting then we had an early night it was a long day. I will be at work all day today hoping things get better soon. We should have volunteer drivers starting next week so will make it easier.
The clapping last night was lovely a very kind thought from someone.
Maisie and her step dad are hardly ill at all I think the tests need to come in ASAP.
Good news for fiancé from government about financial help. We have savings so can hang on until the pay out luckily. Stay safe everyone!

Any news on the murder LB? I think the problem at work will be if it starts to rain, people are having to queue outside and this glorious weather has made that much easier.

I just had to Google it Debs - so much other stuff filling the news. Police have dropped the murder investigation as apparently the lady had fallen and the paramedics couldn't do anything to revive her. I cannot begin to imagine what that poor man must have gone through and again I am rather disgusted by the lurid treatment given by the media before facts are known. He has been released with no further action taken. I feel as if I somewhat fall into that media category - reporting  that incident on here. I will try to be more careful in future.

LB . So good that the murder was a false alarm . Poor man must have been terrified.Another lovely gardening day today and then it looks as though the weather is going to deteriorate.

LB that’s good news that no murder was committed. Not your fault if the media put out the wrong information. Poor chap!
Sunny here but icy wind! Just waiting for bus to work.

Good morning all.  Debs I’m glad it was a lovely service and it was a special day. Still very sad and thinking of you, oh and mil.  The garden can really be a haven.  Chive thank you I did manage to get back to sleep and wake up fairly early.  LB a sad tale indeed apart from alarming the neighbourhood.  Another sunny day but feeling cooler.
