What worries me more than what Trump says is the people who think what he says is OK.
The masks are made to an approved design which is circulating on-line in France. Using ties is better for medical staff cos of their ears but for ordinary fol wearing one for just a couple of hours a day teh elastic version is fine except it won't be robust enough to cope with lots of high temp washes. Countries using such masks have far less spread than, say, The UK or Italy or Spain.........

They don't need to be adapted. Not something I have great knowledge of but don't they have adhesive tape on one side? Avoids the need for elastic.
