Who is the citizen and what does he need a couple of exclamation marks for anyway?

The next question is "Hands off our Citizen's" what?  I suppose if they can't grasp the concept of, and the need for, lockdown and social distancing there is no chance of them understanding the use of the apostrophe. :D

Apparently sanitary or incontinence pads work best.

Or go one step further any put incontinence pants over the head.  They do have two openings which could be used as eye holes.

I also saw a photo of a bloke with a training shoe strapped to his face.  Presumably on the assumption that the smell of sweaty trainer would kill the virus.

If he turned it around with the innards facing outwards so to speak, it would act as a repellent. People would definitely keep their distance.

@josusa47, we may need to consider the environmental impact of the jet packs unless you incorporated a solar panel or wind turbine into the design of the headgear.
