    I'm having trouble setting up Skype with my daughter. Haven't used it before and it doesn't seem to have a Help or FAQs button. Just keeps on saying 'Oops, there is a problem'. I know that!!!

    My wife has switched to using Zoom and says it's much easier.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    My internet contract runs out in 2 weeks. Talk Talk have closed their phone lines, live chat and every email I send comes back with " this is not monitored" 
    I know times are hard, but surely an ISP can organise people to be able to work from home??

    I believe they are one of the worst for customer service @Hostafan1, despite all their advertising. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
