    @edhelka so true. And where I live all such houses are snapped by builders/developers to either add massive extension or demolish and create two semis. We offered on many houses, even in different areas but could never match budget or contacts.

    @Lizzie27, so true. With my desk job and also been careless about ergonomics in past, I have developed bad shoulder and back pain. I learnt lesson and careful now but god knows how much I would be able to garden in coming years.

    @Perki, looking at photos I am almost in summer. You have amazing colour combination with roses, shrubs and perennials. Perfect blend. looking forward to more photos from your garden.

    Kind of you to say @newbie77 :) . I'll put some more on later but not rose related ( more herbaceous perennial flowers ) if they are allowed on the thread .

    @Perki - mine are coming into third year yes. Bought Malvern Hills in November from DA and Ghislaine in December from a garden centre 2018. Lovely photos.

    Very beautiful and tranquil Nollie. Love the seating too, perfect to relax in garden and enjoy the views.
