Haha! No worries @celcius_kkw! I really like ehlo pots and they suit me to the ground. I love your photos. Do you use a proper camera or phone?

@Omori...I love Fetzer Syrah, it's definitely my type of rose. It looks like it's stood up to all the hideous weather of late as well... But I can't find it on Harkness Roses, is it under another name.

Thanks @peteS I found the listing but it says it's sold out:

    https://www.roses.co.uk/fetzer-syrah-ros-pot-grown

    https://www.roses.co.uk/shrub-roses-bare-root/fetzer-syrah-ros-bare-root

It is really floriferous and copes with this exposed site.

Thanks for that @Omori. Are you aware of any other suppliers who might sell it.

@peteS Unfortunately no but it might be found under another name:

'Harkness introduced this rose twice, first under the name 'Madrigal,' in 1998, and then again as 'Fetzer Syrah Rosé' in 2006. It was also marketed as 'King Arthur' of the "English Legend Roses" series.'
