When I had mine a couple of months ago - no masks, crowded , stuffy room. We had to fan ourselves with the leaflets they handed out. No instruction to wait and there would've been nowhere to sit anyway. We were lucky we didn't catch something!
A second relative has just died of a Covid related illness. Her first grandchild due in November, she was healthy and fit. If you are unwell please think of others.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
So sad, @GardenerSuze. Pleased to say I had an email from my sister last night to tell me she had got her Covid jab, and is booked for her flu jab next week. I’m very relieved. I think there has been a rise in cases where she lives, so maybe she realised that she’d better just put up with any jab side effects and get better protected. She reports that her local hospitals are now requiring mask wearing again. She also has tons of school age grandchildren, and will be exposed to every bug they bring home from school.
GardenerSuze, sending you love. I would consider I am pretty fit and healthy for my age, got Covid first time 24/9 wasn't what I would consider "better" until 23/10 I couldn't believe it! No where back to my normal. Have had all the vax
